As a family of four, I loved staying in a spacious room on the top floor with a fantastic view of the city from the balcony. The hotel's location is convenient, as it is just a 10-minute walk from the main shopping street and near the Miebashi station. There are various restaurants, Izakaya, and convenience stores nearby, such as Lawson. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and it was fascinating to try the self-service check-in/out. The staff was friendly and responsive to messages.

Our room was spacious and modern, perfect for a family of four. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer/dryer in our room, which made our city trip so much more convenient. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation nearby.
The lack of staff on site made it difficult to address any issues that arose during our stay. The noise level was also a problem, with construction work and loud pedestrians making it hard to sleep at night.
